Pg 162 indicates that Bluetooth is available if it is installed using Configfree.
Pg 210 indicates that the hot key to enable Bluetooth is the F8 button. The Bluetooth should light up once it's enabled. If it doesn't light up after press F8 though the cycle than the feature wasn't installed.
There was a fear for awhile that the Bluetooth and WiFi signals would conflict each other and that could be why it wasn't installed. I have a cell phone from Nokia with both WiFi and Bluetooth and it really isn't the case. It just makes the battery go down faster.
