Try the default security code 0000 or 1234 or 12345 .If these code does not work then use the master reset code to reset your mobile from security lock.Visit the site Unlock-free.com get master reset code for Nokia 6230i.If you want correct network unlock code, you can get the code from that site itself.
You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions. ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it OR: Go to the site http://unlockme.co.uk and enter your phone?s IMIE number and press Enter then u?ll get the master code of your phone. 2. This master code can be used as lock code when we are asked for the security code. 3.But always we can?t remember master code and we want to use an easier lock-code then we can set a new security code of our own wish by giving the Master-code as our old security code when asked for old code while resetting security code. e.g.NOKIA 6080 Tools -> Settings ->(scroll down) security -> Phone and SIM ->(scroll down) Lock Code Then it asks for old code where u can type the master code and then set the new code as you wish. When during formatting u are asked for lock code you can also enter Master code. To get IMIE of your phone type *#06# on screen of your phones. tell me if it doesnt work
If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# and keying that in the link mentioned below,, http://www.unlockme.co.uk/master.php
or If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
I`ve included both as wasn`t100% on what you meant
First off I'm assuming you meant that you tried an unlocking program that you entered your imei into. The passcode it generated did not work correctly.
If this is correct then you need to make sure you put in the correct information into the program. Then use that passcode to unlock your phone. Make sure you enter it correctly. One little mistake will result in it not working.
Post back after you have tried this if you still need additional assistance. Really there are two options the one described above or you might contact your service provider and they may be able to guide you threw the process of getting it unlocked.
Normally you will need to be in the store, enter the wrong number couple times, when it ask you for puk, you will need to ask your rep for the puk code it will be provided by them, once they enter it it will aqsk you for the new code. never enter your own code when asking u for puk code\! hope this is help.
hello there....well its quite simple...there is nothing wrong with your phone ...its your SIM... if it is asking for a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code...call your subscriber and ask them for PUK code, entering this code will reset your sim
if u keep entering wrong your sim will be damaged so call them
If the error message is saying sim damaged call them and ask for a "sim replacement" you will get a new sim while you will retain the same number ,however you will lose the phone numbers and other data stored in sim, this can be free but it depends on the company and how 'customer friendly they are
SIM pin code: This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code: Pin Unlock Code (PUK) If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled. Phone Security Code: This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code: Master Reset Code
Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times. Which is the one that you want? The default security code for Nokia is 12345
