Hoover HDO 885 Double Oven The audible alarm timer

Hoover HDO 885 Double Oven The audible alarm timer volume has recently dropped to barely audable. It used to work fine and I could be in another room and hear it without a problem. Now it's very quiet and unless you are stood directly next to the oven unit it's hard to hear. Can you please let me know how to increase the volume?

SOURCE: timer alarm volume is down

I have a baumatic oven and the alarm sound has muted thrice now - first time an engineer and didn't replace - second time told that part should have been replaced and now third time gone again after 4 months
Baumatic was good - I bought their products from 2000 onwards
They have lost it - useless products - don't buy a new timer buy a new oven - another brand

Make sure there is power to the timer. Should be a fuse somewhere.

How do i increase the volume on the alarm timer on my stoves cooker

From the handbook:--
Press the MINUS button to listen to the first tone.
Release the MINUS button and press it again to listen to the second tone.
Releasing the MINUS button after the tone has sounded will automatically select that tone.

I have a Stoves 900EM electric oven and want to change the timer sound. I have lost the manual and can't work out how to do this

If it is like my gas oven, press the - button until it beeps, without pressing the function button first. Then press - again and it will change each time. Stop when it makes a noise you like, or just pick the only audible one, which is the default.

It might be the volume control.

Try pressing the minus button a few times. The loudness should cycle between low, medium and high.
