I don't know what you have done already, but, remember there are two areas to tighten. The scope rings to the scope mounts and the rings themselves around the scope.
you have hopefully forgootten one step.

If not, take it to your local Gun store and I'll bet they won't charge you much if anything for looking at it.

One more suggestion. There is a product called "Locktite" that sells in auto and hardware stores. It comes in a small tube about the size of a tube of model glue.
It has about 3 levels of strength.

Many people including gunsmiths use this product to lessen the chance of a screw backing out of it's original level of tightness.

The product works very well and keeps your settings the same as when you originally set the mounting adjustments and torque of your screwdriver.

Consider using the low to medium strength formula. The highest strength may make it impossible to ever remove the mounts if need to should ever asrise. Also, make sure you have your eye relief and the crosshairs aligned perfectly before allowing the "Lockite" to dry!
Also make cetain the bolt or any other moving parts of the rifle are able to move freely and as intended before final mounting.

Your eye relief is the distance from your eye to the rear lens of the scope.

    Hope this helps as well!

Loading mechinizm does not pick up a bb and load for fireing. Plenty in there; can hear them rattle.

The bolt should be magnetized to catch a bb. Some rifle have to load a magazine upside down to get the bbs lined up on the top with a small thumb switch. Then when you bring the bolt back the mag pickup on the bolt should take a bb from the top and load into the chamber.

Scope insternal adjustments do not do anything. This is the second new scope I have had this problem with. I have borescoped the rifle and no change in either windage or elevation screws over entire...

One of the things about bore sighting is there is no shock to the scope. They are meant to have some shock that goes along with an adjustment. Try smaller adjustments and tap the tube of the scope with a screw driver handle after every adjustment. Not so hard you dent it but hard enough to get stuff moving. Hope this Helps FixYa up.

HAVE SKS NORINCO CONVERTED TO USE AK47 MAGAZINES. MAG FALLS OUT WHEN SHOT ONCE OR TWICE. HAVE TRY MANY DIFFRENT MAGS I HAVE. ALL ARE TIGHT WHEN INSERTED BUT FALL OUT WHEN RIFLE IS FIRED.

I had the same problem with them, they don't work that great, I had better luck with the sks mag that was converted for removal. The ak mags, I had to grind them just right or they wouldn't work, I can't even tell you what I did it was a while ago, but I got them to work.Something to do with the keeper and the catch in the front. Check it out.

Simmons scope that will not stay on target

Mount the rifle with the scope and make a mark on the backstop right where the crosshairs are pointed at

Shoot several times, several shots will surley jolt the scope some.

If the crosshairs have moved much past your mark then this would indicate the scope is the issue.

If the crosshairs are still pretty well centered to the mark, its not the scope.

If at the same time your grouping looks terrible, and your scope still is on the mark, and the gun is WELL mounted, then the issue is with the accuracy of the rifle.
Make sure the rifle is mounted good for this to ba accurate .
Hope this helps

Hi type into Google, Zeroing a Telescopic Rifle site, Shooters have there own ways of doing it but you will find what is best for you depending on what type of rifle you will be using. If you are fitting it to a Air Rifle. You could Type in Zeroing telescopic site for Air Rifles.
