You may need to clear all the installed drivers and reinstall them. Clear the temp folder so no corrupted files. If data and mails are backed up and application can be reinstalled, perform a system restore or factory default recovery.

Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 does not include native drivers for the Del True Mobile 1450 USB Wireless adapter and there will be no 1450 USB Wireless adapter drivers available from Dell that are compatible with the Windows Vista or Winds 7 Operating System.
There will be no support for the Dell True Mobile 1450 USB Wireless adapter in Windows Vista or Windows 7.
