Phone # for Phillips Corp, bought TWO Phillips Norelco Shaver 3D 1250X and they have both quit working after less then three months use. I am very disappointed in this product.

I have an Aquatec. Bought about a year and a half ago? It no longer gives a close shave. Is that all the longer a NORELCO shaver lasts?

Norelco suggests changing the heads every 12 months for best performance. This is stated in the user manual that came with the shaver.

Flashing head message

This signal reminds you to replace the shaving heads of your shaver. New shaving heads guarantee continued optimal shaving performance.
What reminder signal your shaver gives depends on the model. Some shavers beep, while others show a flashing shaving head symbol on the display. Some with red half circle arrows, around the 3 shaving heads, or a flash of the 3 shaving heads. There are also models that beep and show a reminder signal on the display at the same time.

How to reset the reminder signal:
The replacement reminder is repeated at 7 to 10 successive shaves, depending on the model.
In some models, you can reset the razor. Press and hold the On/Off button for approximately 10 seconds.
If the shaving head symbol is shown in combination with an exclamation mark ("!") and a faucet symbol, it means that the shaving heads are blocked. When this happens, you have to clean the shaving heads or replace them. (Note: Only certain models have this feature)

The norelco shaver i have does not shave

If the shaver is running ok but does not shave well, the blades either need cleaned or replaced.

My norelco sensotouch 3d stopped working. The led idicators will not even light up. It is completely dead. Nothing happens when I press the power button. Nothing happens when I put it in the power...

I had the exact same thing happen to me today. It worked perfectly on Saturday and then today it was totally broken. I just placed a call to the Phillips customer service number---1-800-243-3050---and when I described my problem they told me they would ship me a new handle along with a return shipping label to send back the defective handle. My razor was only about 7 months old.
