Question about Dacor ER36D Stainless Steel Island Trim Kitchen Range
Try taking off the front panel and see if dust has accumulated on the wires and circuit board. I had the same thing happen to me. Mine was covered in dust which I figured out was heating up when the oven got got and causing the wires and sensor to overheat as well. I took a straw and holding it to the end of my vacuum, I carefully removed as much dust as I could. I had already called a technician to look at it and had him check it before I put the panel back. I paid a technician $250 for his "expert" advice and he said that the dust wasn't the problem and that I needed to replace the sensor pad and unfortunately they no longer made it, so I would have to get a new oven. I put the panel back when he left and what do you know...no more beeping! It has been fine ever since!!
