SOURCE: Mens Versace leather strap. How do I adjust the

Well i am going to roll the dice and assume you have one of the ez clasps but if I am wrong you can send the model number and we will figure it out.

To adjust the ez clasp pull up on the front of the clasp loop while pushing down on the band. Rather than the traditional buckle and prong set up, the prong here is underneath the clasp loop.

Hope this helps. Thanks!

SOURCE: stainless steel band won't snap into my watch

Stainless steel bracelet ends (so called wings) must be curved flush to the watch case.
Another way is to use curved spring lugs (pins).

More current models do not have holes that go all the way through on the buckle but the spring bar still sits in between. With a small screw driver press in tward the middle of the strap ware the spring bar sits at the end of the leather strap. Pop out the strap and the spring bar and then place it into the slot that fits.

SOURCE: how to adjust a metal watch band

mcdevito75 here, Best bet since you would need a couple of tools to adjust the band size is to look for a small watch repair shop in your area to save on the cost, the cost of a shop to adjust the band is about the same as the tools needed, since these adjustments are in frequent let the watch repiar shop do the job.

If you need an authentic Disney watch band, try asking at a Disney store. However, non-Disney watch bands will fit this watch and may be both better quality and less expensive. Almost any jewelry store, department/discount store jewelry counter, or shopping mall watch kiosk will be able to measure your watch and determine the right size band. Many women's watches in this general style use a 14mm or 16mm band, but you should measure your watch to make certain.

Adjusting the band on a boluva 96T63

Alllways try screwdriver first. If the pin doesn'y come out when you unscrewing it, that means you have pins instead. Use small steel pin and hammer to drive the pins out. Make sure that the split end comes out of the hole first.
