Hi evelyne, what is the make of your speakers? You can probably contact the manufacturer online and register your speakers that way on the manufacturer's website. You say you bought or a 2 year warrantee came with your speakers in the purchase price? Do you have a warranty card or something of that nature? With new products there's normally a warranty card that you have to send off or this card provides a website whereby you can register your product. This is what I do with all the electrical devices I purchase. I hope this helps, if not, give me details of the manufacturer or make of your speakers and I will do some research on your behalf. Good luck. Andrew

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Missing little mother board need to get one

To put it nicely type in "theater research" in google and you may be surprised. Anyway check out partsexpress.com you can find just about any speaker part there. If what you need is on a circuit board you probably need a crossover. It is very important to buy the correct one. You may have to build it yourself. If all you need is the binding posts then that will be easy. You can try going to the website to find warantee information and they may send you the part. http://www.trtheaterresearch.com/

Registering

If you're registering the product you normally have to go through the manufacturer for the product. For a Sanyo TV you register through Sanyo. Usually there are postage paid postcards or envelopes within the instructions for your devices. Fill those out and mail them in.

Here is an article about extended warranties.

My external won't mount, the light works but it won't mount to my power book G4. help!

I opened up the harddrive and noticed that the copper magnetic film strip right above the USB port entry was lifted from the metal. I pressed it down and plugged the drive back in and it worked.

you just have to unscrew the drive on the 4 front side and two small ones on the side using two different phillips. then make sure and register the Western Digital drive inside because it has a seprate warantee. my acomdata is already out of warantee but if the drive ever fails again, I can have it replaced by Western Digital until 2011.

No subwofer operation 2year old system

Some systems don't send signal to subwoofer if speakers in SPEAKERS SETUP are set to LARGE, they redirect signal to center and front speakers. Maybe that's problem.
