Try moving the arc mouse USB dongle to another USB port on your Toshiba Satellite L650. If the mouse works on the other port, then the first port is the problem. Use Control Panel's Device Manager to further diagnose the port problem.

E sata to firewire adaptor solution for toshiba satellite L650

I think you are going to be out of luck on this one, if no hardware support is available it will make it impossible to come up with a solution, but there are forums out there that go places where windows does not go, try a general search on the internet, you may find what you are looking for.

Toshiba s8995e right mouse button doesnt work

You may have to try and do System Restore on your PC to a period in time when all your buttons (keyboard refers) worked.

Another alternative is to Uninstall the most recent program you installed and you started experiencing a faulty right mouse button on your PC

I downgraded my Toshiba L650-15g from window7 to XP ,then i downloaded the sound driver from toshiba website but it is not working

Hi there!
There are two possible driver for your Toshiba L650 sound device. One is from ATI and the other one is from Conexant. (click on the name to download the driver compatible)
Try installing the ATI first. If that doesn't work, then install the one from Conexant.
Hope this helps.

I cant get my left mouse button to work...it just stopped working all of a sudden

The first thing I would try is shut down and restart the laptop, if this does not work try reloading the driver for the mouse.

The arrow cursor ( pointer) has stopped in one place as though it has frozen itself there and it you use the touch pad nothing happens what do i do next

if it works with a mouse plugged in you might have accidently turned the mouse pad off, use FN key and on mine it's F7 to turn it off and on. hope this works for you

How do I replace the keyboard?

next to the F1 key and the windows key (2nd upper key and second to last key) are two screws, usually under some covering. unscrew and lift top edge of the keyboard towards the trackpad to lay face down. Undo the wire ribbon by lifting the grey or brown tabs and remove ribbon and keyboard. Then install the new keyboard by inserting the ribbon on the place. Lock down with the tabs and put the plastic prongs (close to the space bar) into the laptop body first, and then close keyboard onto the final position. screw back in and thats all. [email protected] for any additional questions.

No mouse response with arc mouse

I had a similar problem: brand new arc mouse. Used it with the supplied batteries which ran out of juice yesterday. Put new batteries in this morning and the cursor wouldn't move at all. Tried every port, other computers etc but nothing. The tranceiver was connecting fine and being detected. The mouse was showing the green light as it should when you unfold it.
In the end i uninstalled intelipoint and was about to take the mouse back to the shop where i bought it. I gave it one more try and it worked!
So to cut a long story short - just try uninstalling the microsoft mouse software. Hope that works for some of you.

My external microphone jack and USB's doesn't work on Toshiba Satellite

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and experience this problem with the mike stopping suddenly too. Your solution may not be as easy as mine was, but here goes ... Did you check the audio setup? Go to Audio Properties, and click Advanced so you can see the Microphone properties. Mine was muted and it wasn't me that muted it -- just seemed to happen suddenly and hopefully it's that easy for you!!!!
