Question about Zyxel P660HWD1 v2 WirelessADSL2+ Gateway Router
Hi and welcome to fixya.
This kind of problem can be either an ISP problem (which cannot be fixed from here) or a router problem.
If it is the latter, the following can cause such a problem:
ipconfig /release (this releases all ethernet or wireless from any IPs that the router provides. Equals to 0.0.0.0. - use ipconfig /all to review the change after the command finishes).
ipconfig /renew (this renews all ethernet or wireless IPs from the router. Again if you get any addresses starting with 69.*.*.* the problem is with your ISP).
Please let me know if this troubleshooting helped you at all.
