E21 Water not pumping out fast enough.Get the drain pump and hoses checked. If there is dirt or any other thing stuck in the pump or hose, then this will not let the water to drain as required so error E-21 comes up. Be sure to really inspect the big black rubber hose located inside the machine.
You have to remove the back panel to access that hose.If possible, place the washer on its side. This will make it much, much easier to access the pump, hoses, etc.The hose I'm referring to has 3 connections/openings:
One goes to the pump (located on the floor of the machine)
The remaining 2 connections/openings (one large, one small) connect to the upper interior of the machine. There are 3 small green spring clamps, and one larger silver wire screw clamp. You have to remove all of those spring clamps and you have to remove that big black hose. There's a plastic filter inside of that big's located in the 'accordion' part of that hose.------------ Sometimes
'napkin' ( or any other small cloth) gets jammed inside of that big black rubber hose.It blocks the exhaust flow of the discharge water. To remove the pump, just remove the screw on the left of the pump (if machine is viewed from behind). You can then swivel the pump towards you and remove it.There is a second screw (on the right of the pump), but the pump has a slot that allows you to slide the pump back into it and rotate the pump back into position.-------------remove this parts.Properly clean them and re install. If still the same problem.then its faulty drain pump. Its causing the error.Check the hoses as well.If they are not fitting properly or if they are cracked or worn out, then same problem will be noticed.-------------- You can get required parts from from online sites like: --- or from searspartsdirect online site. --------- This should help. Thanks.Helpmech.

My machine keeps bleeping to tell me the cycle is finished but will not begin another programme ?

1. Set the cycle knob to any "X" (reset) position
2. Press and hold the Pre-wash and the Start buttons at the same time. While still holding these buttons, turn the unit on by pressing the On/Off button
3. Keep holding the Pre-wash and the Start buttons until the digital display comes on (about 5 seconds)
The digital display will show 00 for no faults or will show a fault code.
To end the test program turn the washer off at any time

Let me know what error codes come up, if any.

I keep getting a code F 21 and a cycle won't finish

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F21 indicates long drain, this error occurs when the drain time exceeds 8 minutes. To resolve this check the drain hose and make sure it is not kinked with any foreign particles; also clean the drain pump filter for any clogs. Also check if the pump is running fine. If still the issue is not resolved after all this then you might have to replace the pump. Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
