Question about Cameras
Have you installed the software? Is the camera turned off when you
connect it? And then turned on once connected? Are the batteries
If you have a card reader, use that instead. You don't have to bother with software...
for turn on.....
Sounds like the camera is dead. It could be a problem on the circuit board of the camera. Other than trying a new battery, your only other options are to get it fixed or get a new camera.
