Question about Miele Ovens
Usually they just screw off, may need a good turn as they can be tight due to the heat. If not then you may need to remove the back panel, usually 4 screws. Otherwise a bit of elbow grease to turn it anti-clockwise.

I take it you are having difficulty unscrewing the glass lamp cover because it's rounded shape is difficult to grip? An easy solution is to wear a rubber washing-up glove. What was awkward is now easy to turn.
