Question about Electrolux Washing Machines
First check the tap to assure that the water is turned on going to the unit yes I know you alread did but i have to write this in anyway getting to the next step have you checked the water valve in your unit? here is a video on how to test the water valve http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Zc6NCTAF1U the test is the same whether you have a top load or a front load washer the only difference is how you acess the valve in a front load unit you would instead remove the top panel and here is another video as well for the front load on the repalcement of the valve http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsRmvJ_wFVc if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped when our chat has fully concluded it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks I await your reply Rick
