When i put it on it shows on the digital screen '' Protected '' and then it switch off

Is it with the amplifiers? If yes, then probably one or more is burnt. It could be a problem with power supply adapter, as well.

SD PROTECTED keeps on screen. Can't use an SD card. How do I take the SD protection off ? Thanks, Bill


just check your sd card lock key... there is a small swith on the left side of moemory card; if if it is in down position, it's protected. so turn it to un protected mode. I hope this helps...

How to unprotect the memory card


the problem isnt with your camera, its your memory card, and it isnt a problem at all. simple solution- take out your memory card, and on the side there is a tiny switch. all you gotta do is flip the switch. quick and easy. hope that helps anyone.

"Memory card is protected"


This error message indicates that the memory card is locked. The switch on the memory card is in the write-protect position. Reset the switch as shown on the camera screen.
