IS it allways on the same placo on the photo?
If your lense is clean and dust free, scratch free, maybe you have dirt or even bad pixel/s on the sensor!!!

Photos are coming out with a blue tinge. Out on the harbour where the water is a greeny blue and the sky grey to blue, all photos seem to have a blue tinge. ISO is 100. Photographed some trees and these...

Check the white balance settings. If the photos where taken in the high midday sun this is the high UV content in the air. Set you white balance to Cloudy and see what that does. Also fit a UV lens to the front of the lens if haven't already.

Circular yellowish tinge projected on screen. Outer edges white.

First, check your cables on the input side. If your using RGB, it could be a bad cable, If your using DVI or HDMI, it's more than likely the convergence chip and will have to be serviced. Try a DVD player as a source connected directly to the unit with a new cable; ie. HDMI, DVI, or component and check the picture. If it's still the same, it definately needs serviced. If you need further help, post a comment and I can help you further. Hope this helps.

All scanned documents have blue background.

You have to take the machine to service partner who can be found on the brother homepage of your country.(www.brother.com)
The scanner needs calibration which can only be done by service personel.
