Yes ,if the battery is not retaining the charge then it is required that the battery be changed.
So please check the contact of the battery , clean if required and also check the voltage of the charger to confirm that the battery is bad.

Unable to Charge

Hey there,
This symbol generally appears when you are connected with a charger not suited specifically to your blackberry. the connector may fit the socket on the phone but does not work at the level the blackberry requires to charge. Try another cord made for the blackberry.
Also remove the battery from the device and ensure all the connection points are dust free. I don't think this relates to your problem, but a good idea to do from time to time anyway.
Good luck.

My bluetooth is not working and battery problem please solve my problem

hi there!
If you're having a problem with bluetooth then ill be advising you to powercycle your phone and you can do that by removing the battery on your phone while the phone is on.After that reinsert the battery and turn on the phone again and try turn on your bluetooth again.Kindly check as well if your phone is fully charged because bluetooth will not work that good if the battery on your phone is not fully charged.Kindly check as well if the device your pairing with through bluetooth is compatible with your phone because there are devices that are not compatible with each other.
If the battery is the problem then try doing the rebooting or powercycle process of the phone. If its still not turning on then kindly charge the battery for a maximum of 4 hrs. Please check if the battery is holding a charge. If it still not working after doing that then there might be a problem with the battery.Kindly replace the battery so that you can use your phone.
Thank you!

I bought a battery charger with two NI-MH cells. After charging it is not being able to open the camera. Now I am in a doubt what should I do now. There is no service centre here in Kolkata. I talked with...

I have bought new batteries which would not charge up. It is possible.

Does the camera operate with other batteries? Can you check whether the NiMH batteries work in something else (perhaps a flashlight or torch)?

I have a problem with my ipod video i charge it supposedly it will be fully charge after 2 hours but it wasn't i unplug it to it's charger and try to turn on it but it doesnt work. i charge it again and...

It seems so that your battery has run down in retaining the charge to it. Hence even if after several recharges the battery does not retain the charge then it is possible that the battery needs a replacement. You will have to open this piece which is tricky and find a replacement for the same type within. There could also be a possiblity until you open if there is any break in from the battery connection, the reason that it does not work at all with the battery. So check this out. Good day
