yes, if you know how to open it up, like the cartridge cover, you can try and open it, check for any paper feed. if the printer have a duplexer (at the back) you need to remove that too to check for paper jams. you can search on the internet for the free manual download of the printer brand that you have or just post it here and will try and help you again! if the printer is still in warranty, you must bring it to the store where you bought it, if you're in the usa, you can simply call their technical support numbers (you can find them from google too). =)
