if that is an extended keyboard connected thru usb cable, try plugging it on other usb ports. also try to turn off the computer, unplug its powercord, leave it for 2mins then plug it back in, turn in back on, see if the keyboard is recognize upon booting up, if it ask you to press F2, and if you did and went through to your regular desktop screen, it means that its working, but if you're on the desktop already and starting w typing, then its not working again, please run a virus scan to see if pc is infected w some virus disabling your keyboard. =)
