3030 error are usually caused when the operating system's registry contains errors or when certain system files are missing or broken; 13030 error problems are a sign of a very unhealthy system.
I would download ccleaner
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner this will clean your registry and doesn't cost a penny. But make sure to backup the registry before you clean. This software gives you the option as part of the cleaning. You need the backup incase of a problem.

sounds like you need to clear your cache.
"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
