Sir first check weather the charger (adapter and code wire) is working properly.If it is OK then change your laptop's battery.Then the problem will be OK.If you are still facing the problem after doing all this things then go to a near by servicing center.Because the problem is inside the laptop.I can't say the problem with the laptop without seeing the inside.
