I have a Nortel 350 and the screen has become mostly unreadable but the information is still there. Is it possible to find a replacement for the slide-out screen or will I have to replace the phone?

I have the same problem. But instead of waiting around for solutions, I went inside the module and took a look. It looked interesting, lets just say that. When I gave up and but the circuit board back, RIPPPPPPP!! The little ribbon cable for the screen ripped off the circuit board. I am now devastated for now there is nothing on the screen. You can opt to buy a new module from here http://toonieshop.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_6&products_id=30
