Hello, Thabiso -
So someone hacked your email account. Can you also log into your email account?
First run some serious software to discover and remove any malware which may be installed on your computer. I suggest you purchase a subscription to strong anti-virus / anti-malware. I recommend Malwarebytes.
You can find it here to download safely:
http://download.cnet.com/s/malwarebytes/
There is the paid version which is free to try and there is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which is free.
After downloading the software and installing it on your computer, run it (run a scan.) This process can take several hours. Make sure you are still connected to the Internet while you run the scan. At the end of the scan, you will see a window indicating if malware was found and giving you a choice to delete the malware.
Then, assuming you can log into your email account, change the password to your account. Make it a strong password. Also, depending upon the email provider, set up security questions and security steps recommended by the email provider.
Read the information here about strong passwords:

Without knowing your email provider, I cannot provide you with specifics. If you cannot log into your email account, you may be able to find a telephone number to call for help with your account and report that it has been hacked.
Best wishes.
