Can you give me more information on this? What this is your onboard video display. The drivers are either not install, if you have a like high end graphics card built in. Now on some laptops, you can get from a separte video card not solder to the main board. This is good, so if the brand allows it, then you or who ever has it next can change out the video from a better or a replacement.
Still need more information to help with your problem

You can't. You can only use a laptop with a VGA monitor. Televisions are different technology.

My friends' Medion MT280G's VGA connector is not working properly. It has been pushed in slightly due to overuse and will only connect when you hold the vga cable in and to the left sightly. What...

The laptop must be dismantled and the bad VGA socket replaced - not a very complicated job but one that requires excellent soldering skills: the contact points between the socket and the motherboard are tiny and very closely packed. Take your unit to a repair shop.

How do i switch on wireless on a medion laptop

There could be a switch located on the outside of the laptop. If not, go into Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter Settings, right click on your wireless device, and click "Enabled".

TV Tuner express card 54 DVB-T Medion

Hi,
you need to install/re-install the drivers for the expresscard, should be downloadable from medion. Also check in control-panel that the device is there. If you look in My Computer/control Panel/System/Device Manager and the device is listed, with a yellow exclamation mark. try removing/uninstalling. or physically remove from the computer, re-install and go through the new hardware wizard to set it up.
