SOURCE: St George UEO-7 Inbuilt

ok how old is the unit there is a 2 year parts and labor warranty on that oven. I think that you must be in maybe austrailia if I am guessing correctly. Do you wish to repair the glass yourself? or do you wish to be put in contact with a repair company that will come to your location and fix the door for you? if you are looking for a company to repair here is your manual click here http://kleenmaid-appliances.com/use&care/FSR/SG_FSR/ueo7_ueo7r_ueo7s.pdf you would need to contact one of the distributors on page 80 of this link if you want to replace the glass yourself then you would still have to go through one of these distributors to obtain the glass but would save yourself the labor rate. I await your reply on my inquiries and look forward to discussing this matter as well as solving this issue with you. If you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future Thanks
Rick

It is a double oven, but I want to eliminate the lower oven... so, I am looking for an electrical plan so I can find out how to disconnect the lower oven... and only install the top part.

•Step 1
Open the oven door to the half open position. Locate the hinge on each side of the oven door toward the bottom. The top center of each hinge has a hole. Insert a nail or screw into the empty hole on each hinge to prevent the hinge from closing inside the door rail after disconnecting from the oven.
•Step 2
Grab the sides of the door with your hands and lift straight up to disengage the hinge from the door. Push down slightly on the top of the door to release it from the hinges. Pull the door away from the oven and place it on a flat surface with the door handle toward the floor.
•Step 4
Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two screws at the top of the inside door panel that secure the inner door panel to the outer door panel. Loosen and remove the three screws on the bottom edge of the oven door with the screwdriver. Lift the inner panel away from the outer oven door.
•Step 4
Loosen the two screws that secure the door handle to the outer door panel. Lift the outer door panel slightly to pull the handle away from the door.
•Step 5
Remove the screw at the top and bottom of the side hinge rails with the screwdriver. The hinge rails mount to the outer door panel and the inner panel sits between the rails. Lift the hinge rails off the outer panel.
•Step 6
Lift the inner door glass straight up out of the outer door panel. Stand the outer door panel up on its bottom edge. Pull the top trim off of the door panel and outer glass. Hold the top of the glass panel and pull the two side trim pieces away from the outer panel. Pull the outer glass away from the outer pan.
once it comes out you can do what u want.

I have a wall oven, a St George single oven. The

Depending on model-
Put the door at an opening of about 100mm. You should feel an indent for thecorect position.
You will probably need 2 people, 1 each side,
Slide the door upward at an angle same as hinge, It will slide off the hinge.

If the hinge is broken, and they usually break inside the wall of the oven, it will be very difficult to slide it off the broken hinge.
Hinges are available from EDIS SPARES 1800 125 039

Replace inner oven door glass on kitchenaid wall oven

To replace the door glass do the following:

0 Check if there is a hinge stop bracket located at the hinge point of entry on the oven, in that case remove it.
1 remove the oven door by pulling it up and removing from the the hinges. If glass is broken , then secure glass with tape. Have a table with a cloth on top ready to lay the door.
2 Remove the outer screws , starting from lower side of the panel.
3Removethe inner screws. Keep all set of screws ordered, and take note of theorder you remove them. You will follow reverse order in reassembly.
4 the frame will be free now,
5 Remove the external glass panel and leave it in a safe place.
6 Replace the inner glass.
7 Clean outer glass and metal door, re-assemble it and mount it back

I also report testimonials for your model:

"
removed the door from the oven by releasing clips attached to the door hinge -- very nicely engineered. Removed about 6 philips head screws to allow the door assembly to be taken apart for access to the glass. Lifted out the broken glass, cleaned the inside of the door, installed the new glass, reassembled the door (a two minute project), and reattached the door to the oven. Cleaning the inside of the door"

"
I removed the oven door by lifting it off with the hinges. Disassembled the door parts one at time making sure I remember where I removed the screws until I am able to get to the broken glass. The most difficult part is making sure that the insulation strip & the gasket stayed in place after I replaced the broken glass & doing the reverse process of installing the parts together. Relatively easy process as long as you remember where the parts go. When in doubt, I had to refer to the pictorial of the disassembled door shown on your website. "
