How to repair ca01022-0550 power supply ?

If you dont have a circuit diagram it is just playing around without knowing what to do or what you are doing! It is trial and error.
If your time is worth a few bucks - buy a new one. You will spend a lot of time without knowing if you did it right and did everything necessary. If you can not get a new one:
Be careful! Do not connect power while case is open!
What does it do? Is your fault current protection switch turning off? Look for capacitors from the live wires to ground.
If just nothing is happening - look for fuses. You can also look for traces of "burning" from loose contact or bad solderings - fix them. You can also look at the electrolytic capacitors. If their top is not flat, but bent, change them. - Karl

My fuses keep blowing in my behringer mx 2442a power supply

Fuses usually blow for a good reason - because something else is wrong.
A fuse may go once if it is just a bit old but if changing a fuse twice has not solved the problem then there is some sort of electrical fault that you need to trace. It could be
  • a short circuit - maybe a crack in the insulation in the cable somewhere - most likely point is where the cable enters or exits the power supply and is subject to a lot of flexing or where it joins the coil windings inside the transformer.
  • too much equipment connected to the power supply overloading it
  • an open circuit or failed component causing- too low a resistance allowing too much current to flow
  • a cable or component somewhere in the power supply that has too high a resistance for the current to flow causing a build up of heat at the weakest point - the fuse.
Unless the fault is something obvious like a broken wire it may just be a case of replacing the power supply

I need the electrical diagram of ASUS P5 LIFESTYLE motherboard to verify the electrical circuits and capacitors. thankyou. my email: crinel_baronu@yahoo.com

I have never seen or heard mention of an electrical diagram for a Motherboard.
I have twice repaired motherboards, a broken trace, and a burnt power supply connector, and i know of one firm that routinely replaces capacitors with bulging tops, but those faults were evidenced by physical damage.
You could try testing capacitors with an ESR meter, but it would not tell you which of a set of capacitors in parallel was faulty, just that one was.
With a multiple layer motherboard it would be difficult or impossible to track down a fault through testing, or to repair it once it's existence has been established. And if you are charging for labor it is cheaper and more reliable to replace the motherboard.

How to repair the dso power supply ? is there a circuit diagram ? thx

repairing a power supply do not need a diagram often faulty on a power supply are the regulator transistor, capacitors, resistors, and diodes. just check these parts and you can fix the power supply.check also for loose contacts and connectors this also cause a fault on the power supply.

SCHEMATIK DIAGRAM FOR POWER SUPPLI

I would also have liked to have had a schematic diagram for my ECHOSTAR 450w ATX power supply.

Not having one though, I have replaced two capacitors (one with a bulging top) and another with a leaking top, three rectifiers (two shorted and the third had a cracked case), and have ordered transistor Q1 (also shorted). Will also need to repair trace damage on the bottom of the circuit board. Other components check out OK so I hope it will be working again after the transistor arrives Monday. I need the -5v this one supplies to get my old computer running so I can retrieve last year's tax info.

JVC AV-36D502: Input #3 doesn't work

Good day sir, its a different issue, about the capacitor, for as long as your replacement part is correct, it will work, now, there are several things you should check, the I/O device that controls the inputs of the TV, usually an IC, check your schematic diagram to trace the fault. check also the line from the input 3 to the controller IC on your diagram. Measure the voltage across the IC Vcc to ground if the IC is getting the right power, Low voltage can be cause by faulty capacitors, on the power supply line, or the IC itself is faulty, Circuit analysis and voltage measurements are needed to trace the faulty part. hope this helps thanks.

When we try to turn on the tv, it chirps and shuts off

Power supply (switched mode) is shutting down due to either a fault within the power supply itself, or a problem in the line stage (EHT) and the current protection circuit is shutting down to prevent further damage. Flyback diode often fails shutting the power supply down.

A circuit diagram is required in order to repair this.

Travelmate 2480-Only One (Left-sided) Speaker Working

You need to supply more information about the repair you did to this laptop. The replacement of the D/C Jack is a very complicated procedure and requires a complete dis-assembly of the laptop. The problem is that you are going to have to open it up again to resolve the sound problem. Since it is not working in any of the normal functions. You will have to hope you did not damage the motherboard and lost the sound to one channel. If you are lucky and did not damage the motherboard, you will need to find out where the sound is lost in the channel. This is done by tracing the circuit back to the sound device. Along the way you may find cold solder joints. This will be in the form of loose component connections. I hope you have a diagram of the board and can do basic troubleshooting with a digital multimeter. You can carefully trace the circuit and try to repair the bad connection or replace a faulty component in the circuit. If you need help, try to find a place where they teach electronic repair. Go to them for help with the signal tracing and all other needed help. They will have all the proper test equipment and might even help you with the repair. There really is not a lot that can be done without knowing the type of motherboard and seeing circuits diagrams on this end. You will have to find this information either from a repair shop or maybe the repair school. The school will be a lot less costly if they have to help you with the repair. I hope this information will give you some ideas of how to proceed with the troubleshooting and repair of you laptop computer.
