The only reset is to hold down the top two buttons on the panel for about 10 seconds, if this fails to reset then the logic board is more than likely bad. The only other type of reset is to unplug the unit for 15 min and then plug it back in. The logic boards on these are very sensitive to power surges and can be damaged, if you don't have a good surge protector you need one to protect thses boards.
