Question about A4tech PK5
I alreay have installed the webcam on my computer but I still cannot use it because on the system tray, it tells me that there was a problem installing the hardware. So what I did is I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device 3 times but, still no progress...
Try using the newest drivers and software with the following process, If this does not work contact me and I will help you for free.
http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/download%20driver.asp Go to this site and enter your make and model number, on
the next page that comes up click the pc driver button. Once it pops up the download window save it to your desktop
so you have it for future use. Move it to somewhere you will be able to find it if you need it again so you do not have
to download it again! Unzip the file with winzip and run the install program and you will be up and running. If you need
