Check all cable connections, make sure they're plugged in good and tight. If the noise happens when adjusting a volume knob, there is an aerosol spray sold at radio shack that will silence this problem. Otherwise, your speaker(s) may be blown.

Hi hows it going well i have a 1997 honda civic. The problem was that the dipstick tube poped out and oil was leaking everywhere i was on the the road so wht i would do is just stop every couple of miles...

No, it is not repairable, it is blown, good and gone. What punched out the side of the engine block was an iron rod called a connecting rod, affixing the piston to the crankshaft. When it happens, it's a total loss for the engine, the whole bottom end is just scrap iron. The loud clanking was probably the end and pieces of the conn rod being thrown around by the turning crankshaft.
You will need to find another engine for it, if you want to keep the car. All from a dipstick tube, you have experienced a blown engine, also known as "throwing a rod", the usual consequence of oil starvation. A big loss, but you be wiser for it. Good luck.
