Not being cheeky buddy but I have the same pairing are you tapping in "0000". Also go into settings and headphone or carsettings and set to auto answer. Hope this helps M8

yes, as a consumer, you really have the right to do so and this is the best thing to do.
by the way, have you tried turning it on with your charger? anyway, you don't need to do that, you should return it.

Check your bluetooth connection with the PC and use Moto Tools suite to transfer photos . Other option is to simply make a connection with your PC and send photos one by one or mark all , send all to PC via bluetooth connection

you can check online at your service provider's website!!
if that won't work you will need to contact your service provider to have them block that number for you!!
