Take the card out and restart system. Shut down and reinstall card, make sure card is inserted properly, it should hook and then push down. You may have to push on tab that catches the computer case while pushing in to make it go down and into place. Restart system. Let me know how this goes and, will it start n saf mode?

Before monkeying with BIOS updates (which will probably void your warranty, you may want to contact their support page and see if they can help by giving you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Their warranty is only 2 years, but it's worth checking out if it fixes your issue.
You can contact them at:http://www.hisdigital.com/us/support-71.shtml
I hope this helps!
Thanks, and please leave feedback if I helped you today!

Choosing a GPU

SAPPHIRE 100256L Radeon HD 4670 1GB
  • Chipset Manufacturer: ATI
  • Core clock: 750MHz
  • Stream Processors: 320 Stream Processing Units
  • Memory Clock: 2000MHz
  • DirectX: DirectX 10.1
  • OpenGL: OpenGL 2.0
  • HDMI: 1 via Adapter
  • DVI: 2
Although it only has a 128bit memory interface it makes up for this by the large amount of stream processors and the high core clock. It's cheaper than the 9600 and better.
