Question about AOC LM729 17" LCD Monitor
Could be the resolution too high for the monitor.
Try to press "F8" during the "Starting Windows" message, then select the safe mode or VGA mode.
After logging in check the resolution and if needed reduce it.
Could be also a video driver problem.
Use the same "F8" trick to get to the safe mode and reinstall the video driver.
