Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi, If you want to create a new roku account, you need a valid email address. Go to Roku's official website and enter the roku player provided code in roku.com/link and create an account using mail id. sometimes it might ask your credit card information while adding paid channels.

I cannot find a place to put code to link my roku to flickr

  1. Visit roku.com/link to enter the link code, then click Submit.
  2. Chose Already have one.
  3. Enter Roku email and password. (Help reset my password)
  4. Enter a payment method or scroll down to skip for later.
  5. Add some channels and scroll down to click Continue. If you are linking a Roku player and need to create a new Roku account:
  6. isit roku.com/link to enter the link code, then click Submit.
  7. Chose the create new account
  8. Enter your details, check the confirmation items, and click Continue.
  9. Select a PIN option and click Continue. (What is a PIN?)
  10. Enter a payment method details, then scroll down to click Submit info. (Why is payment method required?)
  11. Add some channels and scroll down to click Continue.
  12. In either case, after the last step, the Roku player is now linked to your Roku account and will sync any new or previously installed channels. The web page shows that the Roku player has been successfully linked, but the link code is still showing on my TV.
  1. Log into your Roku account from a browser (roku.com) to see if it is already linked. (look for the Roku player serial number under My linked devices.)
  2. If the serial number does not appear as a linked player, go back to your TV and select Help, then Get a new code. Enter the new code at roku.com/link.
  3. If the serial number does appear as a linked player, wait a few minutes to let the update appear on the Roku player.
  4. If the player does not update, even after waiting, restart your Roku player, begin the setup process again, and see if that resolves the problem.
There may be a delay between the time it takes to update your Roku player and the message you see on the TV. Please wait a few minutes before getting a new code.
Occasionally, the Roku service may be under maintenance, or experiencing a service interruption, resulting in slower or no response.
In this case, you can check the Support.roku.com home page for any alerts.
No link code is displayed on my TV. (Just a retrieving message)

I get a link code but the web page will not accept it.
Select Help then Get a new code. Enter the new code at roku.com/link.
If a new code does not work:
Reset the Roku player to factory defaults. (show me how)
Note: The link code will expire after a period of time. If this happens, try the steps above to get a new code and attempt to re-link the Roku player first before resorting to factory resetting the Roku player.

It's my opinion because I have the facing same issue with my Roku box. At first, you need to go Roku com link account by using your computer or laptop and enter your Roku code into here. And simply register your new account on Roku and log in your account
, now you can watch your favorites channels on it.

You have to go to www.roku.com and sign up for an account. Once you have signed up for an account (yes you have to give them your bank stuff in case you use a pay channel) on your account page there at the bottom right of the page is a link to "Link A Player". This is how you get your code.
