You will need to open up the back of the tv and carefully make sure the safety switches are engaged and check to see which fan does not come on when the tv is turned on - then remove it and get the part number off of it - also while you are there check the voltage to make sure you have 12volts on that board...remember tvs can kill you be careful

thanks,
michael

TV DISPLAY SAYS CHECK FAN #1, WHICH FAN IS THIS HOW DO I DO IT

Hello,

I believe the Fan #1 on Samsungs is usually either the Fan that directly cools the lamp or the exhaust fan right next to it. But as a tech I would recommend that you carefully check all fans by taking the back cover off and finding the trip switch (it needs to be held down, usually blue that indicated the cover is on). when the tv is powered on and the screen comes on the fans should begin to work, you can visually inspect and replace then =)

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions

Hls6767w color fade off in 20min then turn itself off

the color wheel is faulty needs replacement the intermittent colors na fading is caused by the speed being not in sync with the dmd due to wear these and the fans are the only moving parts
