Most likely the oven ignitor is bad or weak. You can look at it and see how it compares to the broil ignitor. If you see a whitish color on the ignitor and if it doesn't fully glow then it needs to be replaced.

Hi Kurt, welcome to FixYA!
In the diagram below, Part #28 is your ovwn ignitor. (See the red markings to highlight it)
It is located underneath the oven floor, and the floor should come out by removing the two screws located in the bottom rear of the oven cavity. Take out the racks, take out those two screws, and lift the oven bottom up from the rear, then disengage the front lip and lift it out. Go to your electric circuit panel. Locate the breaker for the stove. Turn it all the way OFF then back ON. This should correct your problem.
