Go to Start, Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes. Go up to the top and click on File, then click Add Printer. This will bring up the Add Printer Wizard. Click Next. On the next screen make sure ‘Local printer…’ is selected and also ‘Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer’ is checked.

Click Next. If windows does not find and install the printer automatically at this point, click Next. The LPT1 port or other printer point will be selected so then click Next. If there is no port there, Click add port and proceed from there.

First l230 connect to vspace ok,then i installed safe360 , then l230 report "terminal server - yet not ready. please, retry ..."

What is Safe360, an AntiVirus or Firewall software? If so, the program may have inadvertently blocked port access to the kernel which vSpace needs access to for user sessions. Below are the port exceptions for firewall configurations and file exceptions for Antivirus configurations. Current as of this post.

I have ncomputing L300 thin client with usb port. I attached Cannon Laserjet LBP2900 to thin client usb. also installed drivers on host. printer is detected & shows printer ready. but when i give...

Since you posted this four months ago, there has been some major updates from NComputing to improve the USB architecture. This should improve support for peripherals such as your printer. Download the latest software for either W2K3 (v4.9.5) or W2K8r2 (v6.1.3) and update your system. Lastly, it is critical, and I mean absolutely critical, that you update the firmware on the L300 as well. The firmware is included with the vSpace update so once the host is updated, go to the L300 and tell it to update the firmware. The current firmware version that works with v6.1.3 or v4.9.5 is v1.4.1. As of this writing, 8/16/11, those are the current versions.

My keyboard is not working and i can not install windows

It could be the PS2 port, some times if you plug or unplug a keyboard while the computer is on you risk blowing a couple of FUSISTORS they ar normaly soldered on the main board (they can be replaced by a good tech)

You could try using an other key board to make sure it is not defective, or use a USB keyboard if you suspect the PS2 port...

First, I thought your assistance center would respond to my request since this same problem appears in the HOP website problems & solutions.
I did not resolve the problem after downloading the All In One Series software. It failed to complete the installation after hours of loading.

I did my own tasking and found that I could resolve my oproblem by Control Panel - Devices (printers) - HP 7130 Officejet-Scan Document.
It worked.
Savuing the scanned document is quite different in this Windows7 setup from the prior XP. It is more circuitous to get to where I want to place the file.
