Some of my keys are typing spanish characters...how do I turn this option off? The bracket key types the capital N with the enye over the top and also a double underline when you use the shift key. The # sign types a weird C character instead of a number sign....help!

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Password settings

Passwords are always case sensitive, meaning if a capital letter was used to set up the password, a capital letter is required when entering the password.

There are very rarely passwords with spaces.

Special characters at the end of a password are often not recognized by your brain as being part of the password but must be typed in (common with hotspot passwords).

Special characters (like: !@#$%^&*()+=) must be typed in with the shift key held on the keyboard.
