There maybe a setting in the BIOS to turn OFF the number lock. Try installing the WEBcam driver. Download the WEBcam and device drivers from the Acer WEB site. Makesure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require that matchesthe Windows version that is installed on your laptop. You have the Number Lock on. Look to the top right of the keyboard and press the key that has Num Lock printed on. That will return the keyboard to normal.
I think for your laptop the number lock key is a second function... Try holding down the function (Fn) key and pressing the F11 key, hopefully that will turn your number lock on/off.
