Change your aspect ratio. Should have a button on your remote and options in your user menu. Also, make sure that your cable box or satellite box is set at the rate aspect as well.

SOURCE: screen is to big
two sugestions go into customer setup menu go to picture then advanced.. turn off or make sure autoformat off. to shange the format with the remote with no customer menu showing press left or right arrow this changes format for these set
