I would check for the spyware, and computer viruses first.

A good tool for this is called Dr Web Live CD:

http://www.freedrweb.com/livecd/?lng=en

Could be also that you have more software installed and more services are running.
In that case you would like to upgrade the RAM (Memory)
For MS Windows the more RAM you have the faster it runs.

I hope this would give you some ideas.

Need too restore to factory

The HP Mini laptop comes with either the Windows 7 or Windows Vista operating system.
You can restore the HP Mini to its factory settings using the laptop's recovery partition.
Restoring the HP Mini to its original factory settings will get rid of hard to eliminate viruses on the laptop's hard drive.
A factory restoration is also a good way to get rid of older files still stored on the computer that you no longer need and start with a clean slate.

Windows Vista
Click "Start" in the lower-left corner of your HP Mini Windows Vista home screen, then type "Recovery" into the Search box at the bottom of the Start menu. Click "Recovery Manager" in the list of options that appears above the Search box. The HP Recovery Manager will open. Click "Advanced Options" and then "System Recovery." Click "Next." Your HP Mini will restart. The HP Recovery Manager will open up automatically after the restart is complete. Click "System Recovery," and then click "Next." Click "No" if a message pops up on your screen asking if you want to use Microsoft System Restore. Select "Recover without backing up your files," and then click "Next." The restoration process begins. This could take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the of your hard drive and how much information you have stored on it. The HP Mini will restart when the laptop has been restored to its original factory settings, and you will be prompted to set up Windows Vista. Windows 7
Click the "Start" icon in the lower-left corner of your HP Mini Windows 7 home screen. Click "All Programs" and then click "Recovery Manager." Click "Recovery Manager" again to open the HP Recovery Manager program. Click "System Recovery" from the list of options beneath the "I need help immediately" section on the left side of the program. The HP Mini will automatically restart and open the HP Recovery Manager. Click "System Restore," and then click "Next." Click "No" if a message pops up on your screen asking if you want to use Microsoft System Restore. Select "Recover without backing up your files," and then click "Next." The restoration process could take between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the of your hard drive and how much information you have stored on it. How do you get rid of the we care message

I think you are referring to HP's We Care utility program. First thing to check is for any programs in the Startup folder. Click on the START button, then All Programs, then click on the Startup folder. If one of HP's programs are in this folder, delete it (you are only removing it from the startup, not from the computer). If no program appears in the Startup folder, do the following:

  1. Click START
  2. type msconfig in the search programs and files box
  3. click on Startup tab
  4. remove checkmark from the HP utility (We Care)
  5. click Apply
  6. Reboot
This process will prevent the HP program from opening each time you reboot.

Hi,
Do you have any antivirus program installed? If you have, check if it set to scan during startup. This might be the reason why your computer is slow during startup since a full computer scan can definitely eat up memory usage.
Hope this helps.

Should help

You really need to go to start, run, type "msconfig" and check the startup tab

That's all the apps that are starting when you start your laptop. Most of it doesnt need to start. It should run when you open it but not on startup. Most of it gets added to the system tray which are all the icons you see next to your clock. Slows everything down.
You kinda have to know what your looking at deselect items you dont want starting.
You should be safe just deselecting everything but say your Antivirus program and restart.

To start my computer takes 15min and to shut down the same time??

it means that lots of applications are loaded at startup.
first go to start-> all programs -> start up.
you shouldn't have anything there except if a program is really needed at startup.

then go to start --> run --> type msconfig and press enter.
go to startup and see if any items are loaded at startup that shouldn't be there. (quick time, acrobat, etc)

My mini netbook doesn't load to the desktop screen it end up with black screen while the cursor is seen on that black screen

Windows normally starts the required services and loads the program that are need to run properly.Sometimes it includes the program we configurely to run during start up like Antivirus.Due to some appliaction error or services not able to launch in time,Windows takes a long time to reach Deskyop or even freeze.
Check if you can get access to windows in Safe Mode during startup by pressing F8 key, uninstalled all the application that you have recently installed or application which you think after installation caused the problem.

Click start button, select "Run", type "msconfig" Press enter.

Click now on Startup tab, untick all the program that loads during system start up.

Scan your PC with a good Antivirus like Kaspersky Internet security 2010 or A-squared Anti-malware with their lastest updates installed.

Malware,Worm,Virus too can caused the problem.

Nothing the problem still persists, download "Hiren's Boot CD"
Here is the download link : http://d2.hirensbootcd.net/Hirens.BootCD.10.1.zip

It's has all the tools to repair a system, you can even restore your system to the time when everything was fine.you can even take you rhard drive image or backup your important data if everything fails and you need to do a new Re-installed.

Let me know which one work out for you.
