Creative Zen Firmware Problem (by 3 users)

It suddenly happened. I have my Creative Zen just one year and a half and last time that I tried to turn it on it just did not. I did not smashed it or soaked or anything.

I reset it. Cleaned it up, Formated all, and the same message is coming........ Firmware Problem!!!!

I have tried it all. I downloaded the Creative Zen Firmware 1.03.04 as the Creative site suggests, but my laptop just dont detect the device at all.

Any suggestions?????

I have the same problem with my 4GB Zen,I have tried it all, I reset it, clean up,etc. and I stil can't detect my device on my laptop.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
