it is up to you to contact your supplier , find the courier /transport company for the delivery and then contact them to find out where the item was delivered to
there is no chance of you getting a replacement item until you can prove from the transport company that it was lost in transit
First thing open the box and test the TV to see if it works then contact retailer who you ordered the mount from as the contract for purchase and delivery is with them who YOU ordered it from and tell them to find it and get it delivered or replaced
Also it is not fit for purpose without the mount . ifif you get no joy from them ie the run around like it is the supplier you need to contact get on the phone to your local trading standards office or the CAB as some counties have transferred the readings standards to them
