Question about Panasonic Proline AG-DV2500
At a glance it does not sound like a setting problem. The unit may still be defective, and the repair hasn't fixed the whole set of problems. Here the manual showing how-to.
Try to preset the time code and do a CLEAR of time code values. Also set it to drop mode. If that does not help, install it and test it on a different computer. If you get the same problem, then the unit is defective.
