SOURCE: I would like to adjust
To do that you need a hardened steel pin and small hammer. Use that pin as a chisel and drive the bracelet pins out. Split pin end must come out first. When driving pins back in- blunt end goes in first and split end last.
You can make driving pin from hardened needle by blunting the pointed end.

use a pocket knife and put the blade in the grove in between the strap and the steel of the case and pull towards the leather of the strap the pins are sping loaded and work simular to a miniature shower rods very simple so dont get nerves bout it if all else fails you can even just destroy them geting them out and get new pins and straps at wallmart for like 5 bucks

With watches from Diesel or fashion watches in general you need to go through the manufacturer for replacement parts including bands. If the watch is more than about 24 months old then you may have trouble getting parts.
