Question about Lexmark Pro901 All-In-One Inkjet Printer

Just updated the Lexmark Pro901 printer firmware, and it will not get past the cartridge error for all 3 color cartridges.It worked just fine before the firmware update. Help! Bill

Try to reseat the cartridges. Open the printer cover. Remove the cartridges and reinstall properly and securely in their slots.
Also, make sure you are using genuine Lexmark cartridges. While the firmware update helps make your printer perform more reliably and efficiently, another function of the update is to prevent the printer from working with unauthorized third-party cartridges.

Error message: black cartridge unsupported
