Question about Computers & Internet
I'm not sure if this will work for you because I haven't tried it but I trust these guys.
I don't beleive this has Windows 7 support. What you can also tryis, click on "start", then "control panel". Find and right click on "device manager", open and click on continue. Click on the box(on right) next to "sound audio and game controllers". Do you see a warning, ?, !, or a yellow triangle. If you do click on that and follow proceedure. Right click on you Device(s) one at a time and you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that and exit. Right click on device again and click on "properties" then, on "driver" tab. Click on update driver, then on "automatically search for update....". When finished exit that. You should have a speaker icon in taskbar, lower right of screen. Right click on it then on "open sound mixer" and adjust volume.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
