SOURCE: I have a Bosch Exxcel
I would first try a complete defrost, by removing all food, unplug the freezer and let the door open for two days, (you can take the opportunity to clean the inside ha ha!) this is to make sure there are no ice build up around the sensors, than re connect the power and let it freeze up again, (on hot humid days the automatic defrosting cycle has difficulties to perform), don't forget to empty the water pan under the freezer (if equipped) and to put many towels around the bottom as well, it could leak some water on the floor... if the problem persists, than have it checked by a professional technician...

Testimonial: "Thank you for your generous support. I found a lot of dust under the unit, turned it off, cleaned-up, and it appears to be working at the moment."
The Freezer is getting to warm, and not able to reach the desired temperature of -22 degrees.
First off, I'd change the setting to between -16 to -18 (You do not need more cooling, anything above that is going to consume too much power to reach, and too much wear & tear from the compressor - that is why it is hot)
Then I'd check the condenser piping at the back of the fridge for any fluff or dust buildup. Remove these with a vacuum cleaner. Alos check the seals on the door for any signs of perishing, if cold air escapes from the door, it will struggle as well. A nice tip is to poor boiling water over the seals to allow them to expand.
Leave your fridge for 8 hours and check it again, should be OK then.
