Yesterday i was playing warhammer online and all was fine until my whole computer just froze and my screen was stuck on a picture of my character on his horse jumping in the air. I tried ctrl, alt, delete...

The blue screen that you couldn't read the words on is called "the blue screen of death"..
If you're already stuck, no one will probably be able to lead you through this. Your best hope is that you have some kind of warranty still available that may cover it.... Otherwise, you're gonna need to call around for someone to try to repair it. Pretty much give them what you wrote as your question, word for word, and they should know if they can help. Chances of ever using it again are about 50-50. .. Sorry - good luck.

Yes, you failed to describe a problem, the program in which it has context, the context, and/or the desired result. Moreover, nobody's stopping you from clicking on something; perhaps you should search for help on achieving certain expected conditions.

I want to save my resume picture as my image file..but i was not able to find ways to cut it from the document and save it in My pictures folder..

Open your resume file in whatever program you used to create it. Press Print Screen on the keyboard (usually next to F12) to take a snapshot of the whole file and save it as a .bmp or .jpg file.
Open Windows Paint. Load the picture in to it using the File menu.
Then select the dotted line box in the drawing tools. Move the mouse to top left of where you want to start cutting and press and hold the left mouse button.
Now with the button still pressed move the mouse accross and down to where you want the cutting to stop and release the button. It will put a box around the bit that you want to keep. Click on Cut (scissors) and go to the File menu and click New and then click Dont save. Then click Paste and it will paste your cut image in to the new empty file. save the new file with a different name to the original so you don't overwrite it.

Desktop won't fit to screen

go to control panel, to display, settings, and change your current settings, if you have not already tried to adjust your monitor. If that doesn't work, you need the drivers for that card.

I can not read my messages on my windows live

Need more information to help. What does the screen say? Is the whole web-page showing or is it HUGE and not fitting the whole screen? Do you get any errors? Does it show your account and your inbox & you click on the inbox but nothing shows up? Please give more info.
