You probably just need to format the external memory card that you had before and got corrupted, because with that you will have gotten rid of maybe the existing virus that was acquired by the card, then if you have a PC suite for your Nokia handset, run an antivirus to clean the virus from the phone.

It is having the problems, just probably because there were some existing virus that corrupted your phone from the site you downloaded your documents!
Thank you.

My nokia e63 frequently off after 3-5 min

Hello D,

It seems that your phone memory card contains the virus.

So scan your memory card using the anti virus installed in your machine.

You can scan you memory card for antivirus using the Avira anti virus.

Please download the anti virus from :

http://www.avira.com/en/free-download-avira-antivir-personal?

Download the .exe file from the link.

Install the software in your computer.

Remove the memory card from the phone and connect in your machine using the memory card reader and scan the card for viruses or malwares.

I installed a theme which was not compatible with my nokia e63 and now i can't remove it form the phone.. please tell me how i can solve my problem. i jus got the phone like a week ago..

I think the theme that you have just downloaded carries a virus and brought it to your phone since it is also not compatible with your handset model. Where did you store the theme? if you saved it in your memory card, copy all the other files that you have there and save it first to your computer. Once you are done doing it, go to My Computer, locate your memory card, click the right-click and then choose format so that your memory card will be cleared. After clearing the memory card, you may transfer all your other files to your memory card, except for the incompatible theme..
I suggest you these sites.. :) enjoy downloading themes and other stuffs much compatible to your handset model! ^_^

How to recover deleted text messages from Nokia e63 memory

you can recover lost info from phone with mobile phone recovery software, recommended asoftech data recovery as it helped me beforehttp://www.asoftech.com/adr/

Please be noted that your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

I have a nokia E63 and the problem is that when i send a message it directly goes in the outbox and the gives the message that sending failed...Kindly help..!

Restore to the factory setting. You can find it on your phone setting. The standard code for nokia is 12345. If still not work. Do a hard reset :
CAUTION: A "master reset" changes the phone settings back to default. This process will erase all contacts, downloaded settings, and downloaded applications (ringtones, wallpapers, graphics, etc). This process cannot be undone. So, backup all of your data in phone memory to memory card. Enter *#7370# from standby screen and the standard code for nokia phone is 12345. And then, backup all of your data in memory card to PC and format your memory card.
Good luck.....
